~ Dining Etiquette ~

Please note that our dining room is very elegant and guests dress up for dinner. Dress sharply, knowing that many male guests will wear a jacket. All dining rooms, lounge and recreation room are smoke free.

Jeans and shorts are forbidden and a collared dress shirt (long or short) is a must for men.

Dinner Hours

Seating starts at 5:30pm and last seating at 8:00 pm midweek and 9:00pm on weekends.

Dining Room Maître d'hôtel

To help take care of you better, our maître d'hôtel, will personally take care of all your dining needs, in addition to the excellent service provided by our Sommelier, wine steward, hosts, servers and bartenders

Wine Stewards

For a better appreciation of your wine pairing with your meal, please talk to our Sommelier or one of our Wine Stewards, either is on every night of the week.
