Dinner is a magnificent 5-course gourmet dinner with our Executive Chef.
Executive Chef, Natalie Wood leads the Culinary Team at the Couples Resort. Natalie Wood has a love for food, so much that she originally moved to the area to start an organic vegetable farm with her partner, which is operated in Maynooth. Her menus are focused on freshness, seasonal availability and Ontario produced foods. Only the highest quality products enter the kitchen where her team then produces meals that will tantalize your taste buds! Our kitchen team includes, Sous Chef Jennifer Pearce, Bronson, Josh, Patricia, Marilyn, Robin, and Dale.

To help take care of you better the maître d'hôtel, will personally take care of all your dining needs, in addition to the excellent service provided by our Sommelier, wine steward, hosts, servers and bartenders
You'll have many gourmet entrees and a nightly special from which to choose.
Your decadent meal starts with a choice of appetizers, plus a choice between a soup and various fresh salads, and finishes with a choice of decadent desserts. We now also offer a choice of multiple Vegan and Vegetarian dishes nightly, and of course we cater to Heart Smart on your request.
All dining rooms, lounge and recreation room are smoke free.
During the day or after dinner, relaxindoors in our sporty recreation room. Here, we have three slate billiard tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, and foosball (table-top soccer). Drinks are served from our upstairs bar to the recreation room where there are several comfortable sitting areas. The resort and bar close at 10:00 pm , 11:00pm on weekends. If you have Apple's QuickTime 4 or higher installed; you can see a VR Tour of the Games Room.
