Gary and I have traveled to many Caribbean destinations but honestly nothing compares or even comes close to the treatment and services we received here. The food was out of this world, the rooms were elegant and breathtaking. We came here for relaxation and we received that and much more. The rooms had the very best of everything, not one detail of excellence was missed. Starting with the atmosphere of the location, even on a busy Saturday we only had to share the pool with two other couples. The canoe ride we shared was awesome and peaceful, one motor boat in 2 hours. We relaxed in the day around the pool and enjoyed the free virgin margaritas. We enjoyed our very own hot tub which I highly recommend. Our view was of the lake with our own one way mirrored glass balcony. Having our wine in the hot tub while the sun goes down was awesome. After having a shower in the European shower which was unforgettable, the towels were of the highest quality as every detail in our room was right down to the 50" Plasma tv, to die for. The only regret we have is not booking a longer holiday you have to come here for at least 5 days we were here 4 days 3 nights. Its going to be hard to leave but we will be back that's a definite guarantee!!! Thank you for making our 18th anniversary a dream come true. Who needs Hawaii when you have Couples Resort. P.S. We also enjoyed the opening ceremonies of the new building we were the first to stay in. All staff were awesome and friendly. Fern the gardener was very knowledgeable and friendly. "Fern, the gardener, was the nicest and most helpful during our stay. By no means could we forget the chefs. I have never tasted such wonderful meals everyday! Way to go! The day we showed up, there was a moose standing at the front office eating the flowers off the hanging basket. That made our whole trip. We love this place. We would definitely come back again, and we would recommend this place to all our family and friends. Thanks for making our first anniversary the best. "The overall atmosphere promotes relaxation and allows guests to do as much or as little as they want. The staff were excellent overall. All staff were very helpful but gave enough room not to be “hovering.” Another aspect was the fact there were no kids. It is more relaxing to be able to come to a place meant just for couples. "Everyone was so friendly! The beautiful cabin, the quiet relaxed atmosphere. The freedom to try activities without paying extra. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving. What a fantastic place – paradise. We can’t wait to come back. We haven’t been this relaxed in a very long time. This is a great place to get away from it all and get re-acquainted with each other.
