The benefit to using this program is that it allows you to take comfort in knowing that upon your arrival to The Couples Resort your ‘REQUEST’ wine will be waiting even if we no longer carry that particular wine or vintage. 

Our wine selections are continuously changing with new vintages being added generally every 2 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ‘REQUEST’

The storage period for your ‘REQUEST’ can be up to 2 months maximum. We require no deposit.  If you cancel your RESERVATION with the hotel, but wish to keep the ‘REQUEST’ for a future booking you must notify me via e-mail.  With no notification your ‘REQUEST’ will automatically be placed back on our selection list. Sorry, no exceptions.

‘REQUEST’ must be at least $69.95 in value as per our wine list price.

When placing a ‘REQUEST’ via e-mail please include your first & last name,
the confirmed date of your arrival at the hotel and a reply e-mail address.
